BACKGROUND Dr. Petrella earned his Bachelors Degree with high distinction at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He received his medical training and doctor of medicine degree at the University of Pennsylvania. It was at that time he was invited into membership of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society status of which he is an active member today. |
Dr. Petrella completed his internship in General Surgery at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida where he also continued his orthopaedic training. |
Dr. Petrella received his medical license for the State of Florida in 1997. |
